Yes sir, stuff like Riolu and Nidorina will always get you 3 IVs in the wild.

It works if you just save the thumbnails and not the full size images.
You should list the IV's. People around here are mainly interested in competitively bred Pokemon, so you would probably garner more attention that way.

Okay, so I know people say you need flawless speed, but Geomancy Xerneas doesn't even run max speed, so if you run that set, the one you caught is completely usable... But, you probably already reset. :P
Unless you face another Geomancy Xerneas. Or Shift Gear Genesect.
You could speed creep a little, but yeah, I guess perfect speed IV's are necessary. It isn't too much of a chore now that you're guaranteed a minimum of 3 perfect IV's anyway.

so I restarted my X cart so I can SR my legendaries now that I know about ivs, what ball should I do for xerneas? Also should I just go 31/x/31/31/31/31 or is there a HP I should go for?

There are lots of flawless xerns around, personally I'd go for HP fire.
It's much lower than that as of Gen 6. It's a 6/4096 chance of being shiny with Masuda Method (or 682.666666667 chance, whichever you prefer).
